At Tozar Logistics Group, our mission is to provide top-quality logistics services that exceed our client's expectations. We filter our carriers and meet our customers in person to ensure reliable business transactions while providing the basis for long-term relationships. After decades of Logistics experience, many unwanted and unnecessary obstacles are slowing down this industry, one of them: TRUST. We are here to be open and honest with both sides of this transaction, which is the backbone of our Country. All we need to prioritize is efficiency and communication.
How?
It is no mystery how nowadays freight is being moved, on the road to success everyone wants more freight, better rates, and quicker turnover, which is essential. However the last concept to success is often forgotten which is the connection between all parties included, we are here to make sure drivers, owner-operators, and customers are all understanding the environment of each transaction to succeed and build long-term relationships.
What makes us different?
Our difference is our constant pursuit of customer satisfaction and our way to do so includes ways that bigger brokerages cannot manage. Our idea of success is knowing our carriers, making sure they are taken care of, not just giving them freight and checking in with them once it is delivered. We want to know our carriers and build relationships for long-term success. Customers will understand the difference between a broker who knows the driver personally and someone who posts the freight on boards and lets anyone pick it up. We are not here to just forward loads, we want to build networks of carrier/ customer connections that can withstand hardships. At the end we all have a common goal, the freight being successfully delivered, why not without carrier/ broker/ customer hassles ?
Equipment
While we focus on 53ft dry vans, we also provide reefer, flatbed, and LTL services. We are looking to expand shortly as well. Any request? Just give us a call and we will do everything possible to make it happen.
